Biography
Kombes. Pol. Goenawan Dwianto, S.H., M.H (lahir di Malang, Jawa Timur, 15 Mei 1965; umur 54 tahun) adalah seorang perwira menengah Polri yang sejak 16 November 2017 mengemban amanat sebagai Kabagprodok Ro PID Divhumas Polri.
Goenawan, lulusan Akpol 1988 ini berpengalaman dalam bidang lantas. Jabatan terakhir perwira Polri asal Malang ini adalah Kabidhumas Polda Aceh.
