Gary S. Usrey (September 18, 1948 Cherry Point, North Carolina), an American Career Foreign Service Officer, was the Chargé d'Affaires ad interim to Morocco (January 1997-February 1998),
While Deputy Chief of Mission to Morocco, he was one of 60 State Department and other government officials who sent a letter to George W. Bush criticizing his MidEast policy.
