Biography
Ernst Laiv (24. november 1894 Lasva vald, Võrumaa – 18. november 1941 Sosva vangilaager, Sverdlovski oblast) oli eesti advokaat.
Ta lõpetas 1930. aastal Tartu Ülikooli õigusteaduskonna, Eesti Üliõpilaste Seltsi vilistlane.
Ta osales Vabadussõjas, oli Eesti-Läti piirikomisjoni maamõõtja, 1931–1936 vandeadvokaadi abi Tartus ja 1936–1940 vandeadvokaat Võrus.
Vangistati 14. juunil 1941. Suri eeluurimisel Sevurallagis.
