Emil Schultheisz [ŝultejs], laŭ hungarlingve kutima sinsekvo Schultheisz Emil estis hungara juristo, profesoro.
Emil Schultheisz [1] naskiĝis la 1-an de decembro 1899 en Miskolc. Li mortis la 9-an de aŭgusto 1983 en Siófok.
Biografio
Emil Schultheisz frekventis universitatojn en Pozsony kaj Budapeŝto. Li ricevis juran diplomon en 1922. Komence li okupiĝis pri la soldata juro. En 1937 li ekinstruis en Universitato de Debrecen. Post la 2-a mondmilito li estis juĝisto de soldatoj 2 jarojn, poste li revenis al Debrecen por instrui. Ekde 1949 li estis katedrestro en Scienca Universitato de Szeged, en 1957 ankaŭ dekano.
