Ο Ευθύμιος Μαντόπουλος ήταν Έλληνας πολιτικός.
Βιογραφικά στοιχεία
Γεννήθηκε στον Παλαμά Καρδίτσας. Σπούδασε νομικά στο Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών και ιδιώτευσε ως δικηγόρος και συμβολαιογράφος. Υπήρξε αντιπρόεδρος του δημοτικού συμβουλίου Καρδίτσας. Εξελέγη βουλευτής Τρικάλων στις εκλογές του Νοεμβρίου 1910.
Απεβίωσε το 1936.
