杜柟（1489年－1538年），字子才，號硏岡，河南承宣布政使司臨潁縣人，明朝政治人物。
生平
杜進子、杜柟、杜桐兄。正德十六年（1521年）辛巳科進士，授戶部主事，官至右僉都御史，死於任內，年五十。著有《硏岡集》。。
