Biography
Dipa Nandastyra Hasibuan atau dikenal sebagai Dipa The Changcuters (lahir di Medan, Indonesia, 7 Mei 1982; umur 38 tahun) merupakan seorang musisi berkebangsaan Indonesia yang juga merupakan bassis dari grup musik The Changcuters.
Pada tahun 2005, bersama Tria, Alda, Qibil dan Erick ia ikut mendirikan grup musik yang bernama The Changcuters.
