Ο Δείφιλος ο Αιγέας (2ος αιώνας μ.Χ.) ήταν αρχαίος Έλληνας ολυμπιονίκης από τις Αιγές Αιολίδας, ο οποίος στέφθηκε νικητής σε άγνωστο αγώνισμα δρόμου κατά τους 227ους (129 μ.Χ.) ολυμπιακούς αγώνες της αρχαιότητας.
