Biography
Charles Russell Harris (April 2, 1914 – September 10, 1993) was an American tennis player in the 1930s.
Harris reached the singles final at the Cincinnati Masters in 1936 before falling to future Hall of Famer Bobby Riggs, 6–1, 6–3, 6–1.
Harris won the French Open Men's Doubles Grand Slam Title in 1939. His partner was Don McNeill.
Harris had 5 children - Charles Harris, Robert Harris, William Harris, Betty Harris, Mary Harris.
His son William Harris, was also a tennis player.
