Chang Wen-ing (Chinese: 張溫鷹; pinyin: Zhāng Wēnyīng; born 1950), a Taiwanese politician, served as mayor of the central Taiwan city of Taichung from 1997 to 2001. She is a member of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP).
