Biography
Carl Wictor SJÖGREN (naskiĝis la 12-an de januaro 1879 en Karlstad) estissveda asekura oficisto kaj urba konsilanto en Sundsvall. Li esperantistiĝis en 1904 kaj estis delegito de UEA de 1910 ĝis 1929. Sjögren estas kunfondinto de la Amika Rondo en Sundsvall, 1927. Li gvidis prelegojn kaj kursojn, interalie de eksterlandaj esperantistoj, kaj verkis artikolojn.
