Biography
Carl Frölich (1680–1754) oli ruotsalainen eversti ja kreivi. Hän oli Pohjanmaan maaherra 1734–1739, ja hänet tunnetaan talouselämän kehittäjänä. Vuosina 1739–1743 hän oli Turun hovioikeuden presidentti, ja sen jälkeen Svean hovioikeuden presidentti.
Hänen isänsä oli Riian kuvernööri, Tarton hovioikeuden presidentti Carl Gustaf Frölich.
