Biography
Brian Fleck (MSc, PhD) (born 1966 or 1967) is a former host of CBC Television's The Nature of Things and Project X. He currently works as professor and Chair of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Alberta. His research specializations are fluid dynamics, mixing and turbulence, multiphase flow, and atomization and renewable energy.
He ran as a candidate for provincial government in the riding of Edmonton-Whitemud in 2004 and ran for federal government in the riding of Edmonton Riverbend in 2015.
