Billy Fuccillo (1957 – June 18, 2021) was an American car dealer and owner of Fuccillo Automotive Group, which operates a total of 28 dealerships and represents 15 brands in New York and Florida. His son, Billy Fuccillo Jr., also owns 5 dealerships in total, with 3 located in New York and 2 in Florida.
Biography
Fuccillo was born in Greenport, Suffolk County, New York in 1957.He graduated from Syracuse University in 1978 with a degree in marketing.Following college, he worked at various car dealerships.In 1989, he went out on his own and opened his first dealership.Over time, the business grew and he acquired more and more dealerships.Today, Fuccillo Automotive Group has over 25 dealerships in New York and Florida offering a variety of domestic and import brands.His trademark saying is "it's HUGE!", which is often drawn out in his advertisements.
Billy Fuccillo Sr. died in his Florida home on June 18, 2021, after months of declining health and battling a long-term illness.
