Bill Kinkel

Biography
Bill Kinkel (born February 27, 1984 in Buffalo, NY) is a retired ice hockey player who currently works as an EMS for the Estero, Florida Fire Department.
Career overview
Kinkel began his career playing major junior hockey in Canada, for the Kitchener Rangers and Kingston Frontenacs, before making a move into the ECHL with the Pensacola Ice Pilots. He then moved up to the American Hockey League with the Houston Aeros for a season and a half, before returning to the ECHL. In his second ECHL career, he spent roughly half a season with the Florida Everblades, the Utah Grizzlies, the Mississippi Sea Wolves, and the Idaho Steelheads, before deciding to retire into a career with the Estero fire department as an EMS.
However, after retirement, Kinkel has still managed to play a little professional hockey, filling in a roster slot for the visiting Cincinnati Cyclones in 2008-2009, and also filling a slot for the Everblades, at whose home games Kinkel works EMS, in the 2009-2010 season.
