Bianca Baldi

Bianca Baldi (born 1985) is a South African artist. Baldi is best known for her video installations and photographs.

Bianca Baldi was born in Johannesburg, South Africa and grew up on the KwaZulu-Natal south coast. She studied Fine Arts at the Michaelis School of Fine Art in Cape Town and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in 2007 and went on to study at the Städelschule in Frankfurt am Main, Germany from 2010-2013.

Her work has been featured in large international exhibitions such as the 11th Rencontres de Bamako (Mali) (2017), 11th Shanghai Biennale (China) (2016), the 8th Berlin Biennale (Germany) (2014) and group exhibitions at Kunsthalle Bern (Switzerland) (2018), Extra City Kunsthal, Antwerp (Belgium) (2016).
