Biography
Bethany A. Austin is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine and Mid America Heart Institute, a division of Saint Luke's Hospital.
Education and career
Austin was born in Vermont. She attended the University of Vermont College of Medicine (currently the Robert Larner College of Medicine). Following graduation, she joined Yale-New Haven Medical Center and became a fellow of Cleveland Clinic where she specialized in Heart Failure & Transplant Medicine and cardiovascular disease.
