Biography
Arshi Halili (Xhindi) kryetar i Bashkisë së Vlorës (1928). Mjaft aktiv në politikën shqiptare. Në legjislaturën 1925— 1928, pas vdekjes së deputetit Elmas Xhaferi u zgjodh deputet. Dhe pastaj Kryetar i Bashkisë së Vlorës. Gjate luftës u rreshtua familjarisht me forcat antifashiste.
