Amalie Gunnufsen (født 30. juni 1996) er en norsk politiker (H). Hun er utdannet innen samfunnsøkonomi fra Universitetet i Oslo, og ble medlem i Unge Høyre i 2011. Gunnufsen har siden 2019 vært representant for kommunestyret i Kristiansand. Gunnufsen var tredjekandidat for Høyre i Vest-Agder i stortingsvalget 2021.
