ଆଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହରିହର (୮ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୧୮୭୯ -୨୧ ଫେବୃଆରୀ ୧୯୭୧) ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଜନ୍ମିତ ଜଣେ ସ୍ଵାଧୀନତା ସଙ୍ଗ୍ରାମୀ, ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଓ ସମାଜସେବୀ ଥିଲେ । ସତ୍ୟବାଦୀ ବନବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ଶିକ୍ଷକ ରୂପେ ସତ୍ୟବାଦୀର ସାହିତ୍ୟ-କର୍ମରେ ସକ୍ରିୟ ଓ ସଫଳ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିଲେ । ସେ ଭଗବତ ଗୀତାର ଅନୁବାଦ ଓ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟାକରଣ ପ୍ରଭୃତି ରଚନା କରିଥିଲେ ।
