Allama Sayyid Abu al-fadl Burqa‘i (also spelled as Abul Fazl Borqei or borghei or borghaii)Urdu/Punjabi: ابو الفضل برقعی قمی(1908-1993),was one of the most famous jurists in Qom who was critical of certain Shiite beliefs, was repeatedly harassed and eventually had to leave Qom.
