Biography
Dr. Abdelali Hamidine is a politician and jurist and a Moroccan university professor, born in 1971 in Fez, his father, Moulay Mustafa Hamidine, one of the al-Qarawiyyin scholars, a graduate of Dar al-Hadith al-Hassania and a preacher in the mosques of Fez, died August 2018 and was buried in Fez. His mother is Fatima Moumen (a housewife).
His scientific qualifications
He received part of his elementary and elementary education in the old city of Fez and the second school by Ain El Shaqaf. As for his preparatory education, he received it at the Idrisid intermediate school and received his secondary education at Moulay Sliman High School in Fez.
Then he obtained a BA in public law at the University of Sidi Mohamed bin Abdullah in Fez in 1995 before joining the University of Mohammed V to complete his postgraduate studies in public law and political science. He obtained a postgraduate degree in 1997, and he also obtained a doctorate from the same university in 2002 after Discussing his university thesis on: "The Constitutional Question in Contemporary Moroccan Political Thought."
Career path:
He is a professor at Abdel Malek Saadi University - Faculty of Legal and Economic Sciences in Tangier in 2003.
In it he studied many subjects that belong to the field of public law, including: articles of constitutional law and constitutional regulations, methods of research in the social sciences, public law Islam, the system of government and authority in Islam, political theories, international relations.
He has published a number of books:
- 2005 “The Moroccan Constitution and the wagering of the balance of powers - the monarchy. Parties. Islamists” is one of the publications of “The Notebooks of the Nazajda View”, printed by Dada and Nujda.

Dr. Abd al-Ali Hami al-Din holds positions in a number of civil and official institutions, including:
General Rapporteur of the National Dialogue on Civil Society in 2014.
President of the Karama Forum for Human Rights from 2012 to 2020.
Secretary General of the Moroccan Association for Constitutional Law.
Member of the Executive Office of the Moroccan Association for Political Science
Member of the National Network of Professors of International Humanitarian Law
Member of the Cordoba Foundation in Geneva.
Member of the Scientific Committee to Review Press Laws in 2013.
