Biography
Youssoupha Ndiaye (born 9 May 1938) was the chairman of the International Olympic Committee (IOC)'s ethics committee from February 2007 to September 2017, and an IOC member from 2002 to 2017.
Ndiaye was formerly Minister of Sport of Senegal, and president of Senegal's Supreme Court.
Ndiaye was re-elected as ethics committee chairman in July 2015.
