Yasuko Mitsuura (光浦靖子, Mitsuura Yasuko, born 20 May 1971, in Tahara, Aichi) is a Japanese tarento and comedian. She formed the comedy duo Oasiz with Kayoko Okubo.

Mitsuura is represented with Production Jinrikisha.
