Biography
Magnus Wilhelm Huss, född 26 oktober 1843 i Härnösand, död 1908, var en svensk jurist, ämbetsman och riksdagsman.
Student i Uppsala 1862. Fil.kand 1867, fil.dr. 1869, jur.kand. 1871. Vice häradshövding 1872. Tillförordnad sekreterare i nya lagberedningen 1876-1879. Assessor i Svea hovrätt 1883. Konstituerande revisionssekreterare 1883 samt ordinarie revisionssekreterare 1886. Ledamot av första kammaren 1887-1889. Justitieombudsman 1889, justitieråd 1889-1908.
