Wendy Lindquist (born May 16, 1979) is a Canadian bodybuilder, strongwoman competitor, powerlifter, fitness model and personal trainer. She stands 5'3" and currently competes at a bodyweight of 128 lb.

Early life

Wendy Lindquist was born on May 16, 1979 in British Columbia, Canada.


Wendy Lindquist initially trained as a gymnast and a dancer. In 1998, she joined a gym to fulfill the course requirement at the college. The positive feedback she received at the gym encouraged her to take fitness seriously. In January 2001, she hired a personal trainer, and began competing. Later that year, she entered and won the 2001 INBF Northwest Natural Bodybuilding Championships. In 2003, she participated in WNSO Northwest Natural Championships heavyweight, placing 3rd.

Over the following years, she continued to enter, and win at, various bodybuilding, strongwoman, and powerlifting championships locally and nationally. She last competed in 2018 CPA Powerlifting Nationals 13th 63kg Open Unequipped and was placed 13th.

In addition, Lindquist is a fitness coach/personal trainer, working in Fraser Valley, British Columbia.
