Biography
Vladimir Belokurov (Russian: Влади́мир Вячесла́вович Белоку́ров; 1904-1973) - was a Soviet Russian film and theater actor and teacher. People's Artist of the USSR (1965). Winner of the Stalin Prize of the second degree.
