Grafo Vilmos Batthyány [vilmoŝ batjAnji], laŭ hungarlingve kutima sinsekvo Batthyány Vilmos estis hungara pastro, episkopo, kanoniko. Lia nobela antaŭnomo estis németújvári.
Vilmos Batthyány [1] naskiĝis la 14-an de marto 1870 en Zalaszentgrót. Li mortis la 24-an de novembro 1923 en Körmend.
Biografio
Vilmos Batthyány frekventis gimnazion en Kalocsa, poste li plulernis en Innsbruck kaj Romo. Li pastriĝis en 1894. Liaj baldaŭaj ĉefaj postenoj kaj titoloj estis:
- papa sekreta ĉambelano
- kanoniko en Nyitra en 1900
- vicepiskopo en 1904, episkopo en la sekva jaro
- episkopo de Nyitra en 1911, samtempe membro de senato.
En 1918 armeo de Ĉeĥoslovakio unue arestis lin, poste li estis deportita al rest-Hungario. Fine li estis titulara ĉefepiskopo.
