Tyler Kain (born January 20, 1982) is an American actress best known for playing the character of "Julia Capshaw" on the MyNetworkTV limited-run serial Saints & Sinners (2007).
Early life
Tyler Kain was born Tyler-Kain Hargis on January 20, 1982, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She got her show-business start at an early age, booking her first job, a National AT&T commercial at age 5.
Career
Kain made her acting debut in 2003, appearing as "Joanna" in "Swangate" episode of TV series It's All Relative. The following year she was seen portraying the character of "Tiffany" in "Heart Break" episode of NCIS. After appearing in an episode each of Joan of Arcadia (2005), CSI: Miami (2005), My Name Is Earl (2006) and Just Legal (2006), she made her film debut in 2006 with director John Carl Buechler's The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Kain played the role of "Colleen Woodbe" in this Tony Todd and Tracy Scoggins-starrer horror film.
In 2007, Kain landed the recurring role of "Julia Capshaw" in the TV series Saints & Sinners. She was seen in 12 episodes starting with Minx Hijinx to Sinners & Saints, aired in March 2007. Later, in the same year in October, she was seen playing the role of "April" in "A La Cart" episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. She was seen again in the series in 2013, but in a different avatar of "Audrey."
Most recently, Kain finished filming for Sushi Burrito, a comedy directed by Dane Hanson and Ben Tedesco. The film is currently in the post-production phase, with the release date yet to be announced.
