Biography
Tyge Greibrokk (født 20. april 1942) er en norsk kjemiker. Greibrokk er professor i analytisk kjemi og tidligere instituttleder ved Kjemisk institutt ved Universitetet i Oslo.
Greibrokk tok hovedfag i kjemi ved UiO i 1968 med hovedoppgaven «Pyridiniumderivater fra optisk aktive aminosyrer». Han arbeidet deretter ved University of Texas at Austin, før han tok Dr. philos.-graden i 1976 med avhandlingen «The isolation and partial structure elucidation of hypothalamic factors affecting the secretion of hypophysial growth hormone, luteinizing hormone and prolactin». Greibrokk ble professor ved UiO i 1986.
I 2006 ble han utnevnt til æresmedlem i Norsk kjemisk selskap.
