Biography
Tracy Davidson-Celestine is a Trinidadian and Tobagonianpolitician serving as Trinidad and Tobago Ambassador to Costa Rica since April 2017 and leader of the People's National Movement (PNM) Tobago Council since the 2020 leadership election, succeeding Kelvin Charles.
She previously served as Deputy Chief Secretary, tourism secretary and councillor in the Tobago House of Assembly. She is the first woman to hold a political leader position in the party.

Davidson-Celestine was born in the eastern part of Tobago.
Political Career
Leader of the PNM Tobago Council, 2020–present
On 26 January 2020, Davidson-Celestine was elected political leader of the PNM Tobago Council, beating incumbent political leader and chief secretary, Kelvin Charles.
