Biography
Sourav Singh is an Indian politician and former chairman of Bhatpara municipality in West Bengal. He is also the councillor from Ward no.20 in Bhatpara since 2015. He is a member of Bharatiya Janata Party. He lost the post of the Bhatpara municipality chairman on 22 January 2020 to Arun Bandyopadhyay of All India Trinamool Congress.
Family background
Singh is also the nephew of politician Arjun Singh of Barrackpore.
