Biography
Soebandi Sastrosoetomo adalah Bupati Magetan yang menjabat dari tahun 1960 hingga tahun 1965. Soebandi Sastrosoetomo merupakan Bupati yang berasal dari PKI, dan sebelumnya adalah Kepala Dinas Pembangunan Usaha Tani (DPUT) Madiun. Dilantik sebagai bupati pada 5 Februari 1960. Dengan adanya peristiwa Gerakan 30 September di Jakarta, masa jabatan bupati ini ikut berakhir.
