Russell Lee Morrow (January 17, 1924 – May 2, 2004) was an American football center.
Morrow was born in St. Louis in 1924 and attended Roosevelt High School. He played college football at Tennessee.
He was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the 24th round of the 1945 NFL Draft but never played for the Lions. He played in the All-America Football Conference for the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1946 and 1947. He appeared in a total of 10 professional football games, two of them as a starter.
Morrow died in 2004 in Smoke Rise, Alabama.
