Biography
Rudolf Mellinghoff (born 25 November 1954) is a German judge, jurisprudent and tax law expert. Since January 2001, he is sitting Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany in the court's second senate. Prior to his appointment to the court, he served as judge in the Federal Finance Court of Germany from 1997 to 2001.
