Rike Amru (lahir di Banda Aceh, Indonesia, 7 Juli 1973; umur 46 tahun) adalah pembawa acara berita Indonesia menjadi anchor dalam sebelum program berita Liputan 6 SCTV.

Sejak tanggal 24 Agustus 2000 hingga 1 September 2011, dia bekerja di SCTV membawakan berita Liputan 6 Siang, Liputan 6 Petang dan Liputan 6 Malam.

Sejak tanggal 2 September 2011, dia bekerja di BeritaSatu News Channel.
