Biography
Rıfat Danışman, (d. 1878 İstanbul Türkiye) - (ö. 27 Şubat 1937 Trabzon Türkiye), Türk bürokrat.
Fatih Rüştiyesi’ni tamamladıktan sonra 22 Mayıs 1315 (1899)’de memuriyete başladı. 21 Eylül 1925 - 5 Ağustos 1930 tarihleri arasında Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü yapmıştır. 31 Ağustos 1930’da Tekirdağ Valiliği, 1 Kasım 1931’de Trabzon Valisi olmuştır. Bu görevde iken rahatsızlanarak vefat etmiştir.
