Richard Moat

Richard Moat is the Chief Executive Officer of EirLtd., the ex-incumbent and largest telecommunications company in Ireland, and a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of International Personal Finance plc. He is a member of the advisory board of Tiaxa Inc.. He is the former Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer of Everything Everywhere Ltd., the leading mobile operator in the UK He was formerly the Managing Director of T-Mobile UK Ltd., the Chief Executive Officer of Orange Romania SA, the leading mobile operator in Romania, the Chief Executive Officer of Orange Denmark A/S, and the Chief Executive Officer of Orange Thailand Ltd. Prior to this, he was CFO of Orange International Ltd, and Corporate Finance Director of Orange plc. He has spent 24 years in the telecommunications industry, following 12 years in oil and gas, and 4 years in the City of London in the insurance industry.
