Left Germany 1873 to America. Around 1875 he came to England working as a photographer with William Henry Prestwich, 1880 London Stereoscope company 54 Cheapside, London. June 1884 married Eleanor Lily Rowbottom and had nine children.1896 formed Reinhold Thiele Co. 66 Chancery Lane London. Took photos of the second Boer War.Died 21 April 1921 . Islington London.Took photo's of London landmarks, portraits and sporting celebrities. Many held by Getty Image's.
