Biography
Dr. H. Rasiyo, M.Si. (lahir di Madiun, Jawa Timur, 17 Desember 1952; umur 67 tahun) adalah Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur sejak 2009 hingga 2013. Dia menggantikan posisi Soekarwo yang menjadi Gubernur Jawa Timur. Kemudian posisinya sebagai sekda resmi selesai pada 30 Desember 2013 setelah Gubernur Soekarwo melantik Ahmad Sukardi, Asisten IV Setdaprov Jatim selaku pengganti Rasiyo.
