Nicholas Ross Oleson, also known as Nicholas Oleson and Nick Oleson, (February 23, 1966 – June 2, 1997) active in the 1990s.
Life and career
Nicholas Ross Oleson was born on February 23, 1966, in Wisconsin. His remarkable height of 6' 8" was striking, which landed him various imposing characters in the films.
His acting debut came in 1992, with the role of "Mel" in "Point Doom" episode of the TV series Baywatch.
Oleson is perhaps best remembered for his role in the film American History X (1998,) in which he plays the fellow prisoner of Derek (played by Edward Norton.) He is also notable in the character of "The Beast" in Bloodsport 3 (1996).
He was last seen on the silver screen in 1999, in the role of "Chip" in director Steven D. Binder's comedy Eating L.A.
Oleson died of a heart attack on June 2, 1997, in California. He was 31.
His last three movies –– Without Limits (1998), American History X (1998), and Eating L.A. (1999) –– were released posthumously.
