Biography
Mirte Roelvink (born 23 November 1985) is a Dutch footballer. She currently plays for BeNe League club PSV/FC Eindhoven and the Netherlands women's national football team.
Club career
Roelvink started her club career in the Netherlands, where she won one championship at SV Saestum and one national cup with Twente.
In the 2010–11 season Roelvink played in the German Fußball-Bundesliga (women) at FCR Duisburg. A knee injury at the start of the season left her playing only four Bundesliga matches.
For the 2011–12 season she transferred to Bundesliga side FF USV Jena, following former Duisburg coach Martina Voss-Tecklenburg, where she signed a one-year contract.
In May 2013, after a further season in Germany with Gütersloh, Roelvink returned to the Netherlands and signed for BeNe League club PSV/FC Eindhoven.
International career
Roelvink made her senior national team debut on 6 Jun 2010, a 2–0 win over Belgium in Loenhout, Wuustwezel.
In June 2013 national team coach Roger Reijners selected Roelvink in the Netherlands squad for UEFA Women's Euro 2013 in Sweden. She did not appear at the tournament, as established right back Dyanne Bito was selected for all three games.
