Leslie Horan (born 17 July 1969) is an American film and television actress who was active in the 1990s. She is recognized for her roles in Murder, She Wrote (1995) and Sliders (1996).
Early life and education
Leslie Horan was born on July 17, 1969, in Midway Island, Hawaii. She has a degree in journalism.
Horan made her acting debut in 1989 with a minor uncredited role in Addison Randall's action movie East L.A. Warriors. The following year, she was seen in the role of "Lea" in Repo Jake, starring Dan Haggerty and Dana Bentley.
Four years later, in 1994, she was cast as "Anne Thayer O'Hara" in two episodes of the TV series Family Album. Next, in 1995, she was seen as "Maggie" in Lawrence D. Foldes' comedy Prima Donnas, with Bobbie Bresee and Shannon Sturges.
In 1996, Horan made a guest appearance on the sci-fi series, Sliders in the episode "The Guardian." She played the character of a school teacher, "Heather Hanley," who was Quinn's homeroom teacher when he was a young boy (played by Phillip Van Dyke). The same year, she was seen in two episodes of General Hospital.
