Biography
Kristi Ross is an entrepreneur in Chicago. She is co-CEO and President of dough, Inc., a financial media and education company. Ross has held her position since 2011, and was named an Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young and Crain's Chicago's Tech 50 list in 2014.
Career
Kristi Ross began her career as a CPA and worked with the Automated Trading Desk Specialist and the Chicago Stock Exchange.
Prior to dough, Inc., Ross was the Chief Financial Officer at thinkorswim, which sold to TD Ameritrade in 2009. As CFO, she led numerous merges, acquisitions and integration.
Ross has served as the President of dough, Inc.'s parent company, TastyTrade. In 2016, Ross joined the Board of Directors at Textura, a provider of collaboration solutions for the construction industry.
Ross started the non-profit, EveryHandCounts, that provided fun educational childrens' books and stories that taught kids how to get involved with philanthropy at a young age.
Personal Life
Kristi Ross grew up in Wisconsin. Ross trained to become a CPA at St. Norbert College.
She currently lives in Chicago with her three daughters.
