Biography
Jakob SCHMID [ŝmid] (naskiĝis la 14-an de marto 1869 en Dietwil, mortis la 2-an de junio 1955) estis svisa esperantisto kaj ŝtata oficisto (publika ekonomio). Li estis membro de la Lingva Komitato kaj de la Svisa Ekzamena Komitato. Pli frue li estis prezidanto de SES kaj de Esperanto-Societo Bern. Li gajnis premion en la Internaciaj Floraj Ludoj, verkis lernolibron por germanlingvanoj kaj kontribuis al Svisa Antologio.
