KÖNCZEY Elemér [koencei] estas rumania hungara reklamgrafikisto, karikaturisto. Li naskiĝis en Odorheiu Secuiesc la 16-an de septembro 1969.

Biografio

Elemér Könczey finis grafikarton en 2001 en Arta Altlernejo de Kluĵo. De 2001 li estas universitata lekciisto de UBB de Kluĵo. De 1995 li publikigis pli ol 3000 karikaturaĵojn.
