Biography
Edwin Alcibiades Ávila Vanegas (born in Cali, 21 November 1989) is a Colombian road and track cyclist who rides for the professional cycling team Team Illuminate. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he competed in the Men's team pursuit for the national team. He won the Colombian National Road Race Championships in 2016.
