Biography
Dianne Buswell (born 28 November 1989) is an Australian ballroom dancer. She has competed on the Australian version of the shows So You Think You Can Dance and Dancing with the Stars. In June 2017, the BBC announced Buswell would be one of the professional dancers on Strictly Come Dancing.
Early life
Dianne Buswell was born in Bunbury, Australia. She started ballroom dancing at age 4.
Career
Dianne and Andrew Buswell were Adult New Vogue WA Champaions for 2008 and 2010. She also competed on So You Think You Can Dance Australia. Buswell joined the live dance show Burn the Floor in January 2011. Buswell joined Australia's Dancing with the Stars in 2015, paired with Australian AFL star Jude Bolton. Bolton and Buswell were the fifth couple eliminated in the series. Following her elimination from Dancing with the Stars, Buswell rejoined the Burn the Floor tour.
Strictly Come Dancing
Buswell joined BBC's Strictly Come Dancing in 2017. During the 9 September launch show it was revealed Buswell will compete with Richard Coles.
