Biography
Birol Kilic (* in Istanbul als Birol Kılıç) ist Herausgeber, Verleger und Obmann der Türkischen Kulturgemeinde in Österreich.
Kilic absolvierte in Wien ein Studium. 1999 gründete er die türkischsprachige Zeitung Yeni Vatan Gazetesi und 2004 den Neue Welt Verlag.
2015 erhielt er das Silberne Ehrenzeichen für Verdienste um die Republik Österreich.
