Biography
Ali Hadi Al-Bulaihi (Arabic: علي آل بليهي; born 21 November 1989) is a Saudi football player who plays a defender for Al-Hilal.
Club career
Al-Bulaihi had short spells for Al-Nahada and Al-Fateh between 2014 until 2017 which he played in the AFC Champions League for Al-Fateh in 2017.
Al-Hilal
In 21 June 2017, Al-Hilal signed Ali on a free transfer with a three-year contract.
Club World Cup
Al-Bulaihi scored an own goal against Flamengo in a 3-1 loss in the semifinals and played in the third-place playoff in a 2-2 draw against C.F Monterrey, but then lost on penalties and he missed his penalty. His manager said to the media later "He is going to take the blame when we come back, he's going to be sitting on the bench for two games, no more own goals." Al Bulaihi was then found in the dressing room in tears.
International career
In June 2018 he was named in Saudi Arabia’s squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, playing against Uruguay.
